Colorado Luxe Living property management services are comprehensive. We take pride in our responsibility to protect your home and help you make a substantial return on your real estate investment.

  • Marketing

    We take care of all marketing and advertising for your property including updating photographs, managing online listings, and showings by appointment only.

  • Applicant Selection & Screening

    All applicants will go through our rigorous screening process including credit reports, rental history, eviction reports, background checks, and employment/ income verification.

  • Leasing

    Once a tenant is approved, we prepare the lease documents, manage the signing process, and collect the first month’s rent, security deposit & pet deposit, if applicable.

  • Financial Management

    We manage all financials including rent collection and homeowner payout, vendor and contractor payments for maintenance services, and provide detailed monthly reports

  • Property Management

    We maintain a 24-hour emergency phone service for homeowners and tenants and manage all necessary repairs or maintenance. We screen, hire and manage all vendors and contractors and schedule annual property assessment walk-throughs and periodic drive-bys.

  • Tenant Management

    We focus on on finding the right, qualified tenants through our rigorous application and screening process. Rest assured knowing that Colorado Luxe Living handles all tenant management and lease enforcement.
