As prices for Denver homes keep moving out of reach for many, we point you to affordable real estate in a handful of communities.  Not rock bottom, really, unless you want to investigate our charming fixer upper home for sale in Fort Lupton.  Built in 1900, this 3-bedroom/2-bath home could audition for HGTV.  Fort Lupton is north of Brighton, east of Fredericksburg and Interstate 25, and west of Denver International Airport.

ENGLEWOOD

Englewood homes sit off Highway 85 south of Denver and north of Littleton.  The median home price is under $375,000.  The eclectic community features unique shops, theater, restaurants, hangouts, and outdoor music.
